We Solidify Career Planning

Using robust career assessment data, including measures of client aptitudes, interests, and values, we help clients create a North Star Learning “Career Profile” (proprietary to NSL) and flexible career plan that can evolve and change as life and work interests change. Because we understand the importance of having backup and temporary career options for clients who may not be ready to make firm college and career decisions, or who find themselves in crisis conditions (e.g. lay-offs), we work to create flexible documents that evolve as client conditions and challenges ebb and flow.
